My outreach work is available in multiple formats i.e. text, movies and audio. The writing projects include popular science articles, short stories and field diaries. The movies include documentaries and public lectures. The audio material includes podcasts and art projects.

Vigia magazine published a pop-science version of my paper “Animals in Virtual Environments” in German. The article traces the five decade long journey of visual stimulation techniques used to study animal behavior.

The dawn of animal tracking

I published an article on a satellite-based wildlife tracking project “ICARUS”, Aranyam, A magazine published by Kerala Forest and Wildlife Department, India. The article was translated into Malayalam and it is available in English.

Short Stories

iWonder is publishing “The Meditating Heron”. The story is published in English, Hindi and Kannada. The story is accompanied with worksheets for Indian kids and each worksheet is linked with the curriculum of Indian textbooks.
